Mục Tiêu: Nhận xét kết quả điều trị ban đầu viêm cân gan chân bằng nội soi.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Là 07 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định viêm cân gan chân tại bệnh viện quân y 175. Điều trị nội khoa là cơ bản gồm các biện pháp như là chống viêm, giảm đau, mang giày phù hợp, vật lý trị liệu, tiêm corticoid, liệu pháp sóng xung kích. Khi các phương pháp điều trị bảo tồn không hiệu quả, điều trị phẫu thuật sẽ được xem xét chỉ định. Điều trị ngoại khoa có các phương pháp: Mổ mở, mổ mở với đường rạch nhỏ, mổ nội soi. Chúng tôi tiến hành phẫu thuật nội soi cắt cân gan chân trên 07 bệnh nhân cho kết quả rất khả quan. Phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả loạt ca lâm sàng.
Kết quả: Thang điểm AOFAS tăng từ 57,45 lên 88,65 điểm, 100% bệnh nhân hài lòng với kết quả sau mổ.
Kết luận: Phẫu thuật nội soi cắt cân gan chân mang lại rất nhiều ưu điểm và lợi ích so với mổ mở.
