Giới thiệu chung: Bệnh Alzheimer gây suy giảm nhận thức và rối loạn hành vi và tâm lý (BPSD). BPSD là yếu tố chính làm tăng gánh nặng chăm sóc. Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá tỷ lệ BPSD và mối liên quan với gánh nặng chăm sóc ở người bệnh Alzheimer.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả trên 80 người bệnh Alzheimer thoả tiêu chuẩn DSM-5 và người chăm sóc (NCS) tại phòng khám Nội thần kinh bệnh viện Quân y 175 từ 12/2024 đến 11/2025. BPSD, giai đoạn bệnh và gánh nặng NCS lần lượt được đánh giá bằng NPI-Q, FAST và ZBI-12.
Kết quả: Có 91,2% bệnh nhân có BPSD, với số triệu chứng trung bình là 3,7 ± 2,9. Giai đoạn bệnh liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê với sự hiện diện và số lượng BPSD. Gánh nặng chăm sóc tương quan thuận có ý nghĩa thống kê với số triệu chứng, điểm NPI-Q và mức độ căng thẳng NCS (p < 0,05). Trong phân tích hồi quy đa biến, mức độ căng thẳng NCS đối với BPSD là yếu tố độc lập duy nhất liên quan gánh nặng chăm sóc (β = 0,649; p < 0,001).
Kết luận: BPSD phổ biến và tăng dần theo tiến triển bệnh Alzheimer. Gánh nặng chăm sóc chủ yếu chịu ảnh hưởng bởi mức độ căng thẳng NCS đối với BPSD.
