Điều trị nang tụy hoại tử bằng đặt stent kim loại tự bung áp sát thành (Lumen – Apposing Metal Stents – LAMS) qua nội soi là một phương pháp điều trị tiên tiến cho các biến chứng viêm tụy. Tại Khoa Nội tiêu hóa – Bệnh viện Quân y 175, phương pháp sử dụng LAMS đã được triển khai thành công trong điều trị nang tụy hoại tử. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp của hai bệnh nhân được điều trị bằng phương pháp đặt LAMS qua nội soi để dẫn lưu nang hoại tử, nhằm giảm thiểu nguy cơ phẫu thuật mở và các biến chứng liên quan. Kết quả điều trị cho thấy bệnh nhân hồi phục nhanh chóng, ra viện và không có biến chứng đáng kể.
