Peer review
I. Peer Reviewers
After passing Stage 1 – Initial Screening, the manuscript will be anonymized and sent to peer reviewers: Reviewer 1 and/or Reviewer 2. The reviewers will work carefully and provide comments based on specific criteria to evaluate the manuscript. Overall, the peer review focuses on the following five main aspects:
1. Evaluation of the format and structure of the scientific manuscript
2. Evaluation of the appropriateness of the theoretical framework used in the study
3. Evaluation of the research methodology
4. Evaluation of the reliability of the research data
5. Evaluation of the scientific and practical significance of the manuscript
The possible outcomes of the peer review process are:
1. The manuscript is of good quality and can be accepted without revision.
2. The manuscript requires revision and must be re-evaluated by reviewers before a final decision (acceptance or rejection) is made.
3. The manuscript does not meet quality standards and/or is not suitable for publication in the Journal of Military Pharmaceutical-Medical Practice 175. Rejected.
Review time and feedback submission: 1 to 4 weeks, starting from the date the manuscript is sent to the reviewers. (In special cases, the Editorial Office may request expedited review.)
II. Authors: Manuscript Revision
After receiving reviewer comments, authors must promptly revise the manuscript and resubmit it to the Editorial Office for further review until a final decision is reached: acceptance or rejection.
Revision and resubmission time: 2 to 5 days, starting from the date the Editorial Office sends reviewer comments to the authors. (In special cases, authors may be required to revise and resubmit urgently.)
The total duration of the peer review stage is 4 to 6 weeks, starting from the date the Editorial Office confirms that the manuscript has entered the peer review process.
