1. Revision Timeline
The deadline for submitting a revised manuscript is calculated from the date of the decision letter indicating that the manuscript is accepted for peer review by the Editorial Board, within the next 30 working days. If the revised manuscript is received within the specified timeframe, the Editorial Board will refer back to the initial reviewers’ comments. However, the Editorial Board may also seek additional opinions from new reviewers if necessary. If no revised manuscript is received within the required timeframe, the manuscript may be considered withdrawn by the author, and any resubmission after that time will be treated as a new submission and assigned a new manuscript ID.
2. Author Response to Reviewers
When revising the manuscript, authors must provide a detailed response to each comment from the reviewers and the Editorial Board. The original comments should be presented in bold, followed by the author’s response, along with the exact page, paragraph, and line numbers where revisions have been made.
If significant changes are made to the manuscript, clearly describe what was done and where (including supporting data if applicable).
Clearly indicate any content that has been deleted.
Clearly state which comments from reviewers were not addressed and provide justification.
3. Changes to the Author List
If there are any changes to the author list in the revised submission, the reasons must be clearly stated in the response letter. Authors will be required to provide confirmation that they agree to the changes in authorship.
